Chas Webster

Chas Webster is a local grown real estate professional beginning her career as a title officer with a local title company where she worked for eleven years.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration in 2011 while raising her 4 children as a military spouse.  She acquired professional knowledge as an assistant community director, a securities licensed personal banker, and a municipal utilities office manager.  She has been a Washington licensed realtor since 2011 and obtained her Military Relocation Professional Certificate from the National Association of Realtors in 2018. She has become masterful in coordinating between all aspects of the sales transaction for her clients with constant and responsive communications between escrow, title, lenders, and contractors.  She enjoys Disney World with her family, watching her children play sports, and cooking up large meals for family and friends.
