Application & Rental Process

Application Process Information:

Applications can be completed either in our office or via a link to be completed remotely online.

1. Property Search
Take a look at the available properties on our website to determine if there are any rental that meet your price, location and availability needs.

2. Contact Our Office
If you found a property that fits your needs, call or email our office to schedule a showing for the available property and answer any questions about the property you may have. NOTE: We require you see the property before submitting any application on the property. Due to demand, each rental is first come first serve. 

 

3. Review Our Admittance Policy
Please review our Resident Admittance Policy before applying for any rental. If you have any questions about this, please contact our office. 

 

4. Apply!
Once you have had a showing for the rental, and you have reviewed our admittance policy, we will have you fill out our physical application. Applications are submitted in our office, along with a copy of your latest paystubs and driver license/ID. We only use ORCA Information Background screenings for any and all tenant background checks. A $48.00 per application fee is due at the time of submitting each application. Once your application is submitted our office will be in contact with the results. 

5. Signing the Lease

Once our office contacts you upon application approval we will set up a lease signing appointment. At this time, the first month’s rent is due (pro-rated based on move-in date) and the full security deposit (varies per rental).

Co-Signer Applications- For information on co-signer on rentals please contact our office. 


Application Fee– $48.00 per adult 18 years of age or older due with application (credit, criminal, employment, tenancy background checks). Payable in exact cash, check, cashier’s check or money order, Non-Refundable.
 

Security Deposit–Non-refundable holding fee until lease takes effect. Once lease is in effect, this fee becomes security deposit. Must be in the form of secured funds (cashier’s check or money order only).
Rent- First month- due at move in and prorated based on move in date. You may pay with check, cashier’s check, money order or ACH (Direct Deposit).

 

Pet Rent for Approved Pets– $35.00 per pet, per month. Non-Refundable.
